Prices start from £5 per person for a 45 minute session
Workshops for schools and carehomes and schools begin at £100 for a two hour teacher training
£150 for a half day workshop, consisting of 2 group sessions at 90 minutes each
£300 for a full day workshop, consisting of 4 group sessions at 9o minutess each
Relax Reset
With a Thai Foot Massage£30 for a 45 minute treatment
Treat yourself to a Reiki session

Nervous System Healing
45 minute classes for regulation & grounding- or £5 per session, cash pay as you go.

- Drills and techniques to calm the nervous system, gentle energy flowing exercises and meditation.
- Classes at Renew & Co, Llanharan
- Wednesday and Friday 10am- All welcome
- Classes at Giles Gallery, Pontyclun
- Sunday evening 6.15pm- chilldren
- Monday evening -7pm Adults
Mind Strength
Two hour session- Two hour sessions includes:
- Nervous System Regulation
- Your choice of:
- 30 minute Thai foot massage
- or
- 30 minute Reiki treatment
Wellbing Plus
£60- Three hours of deep relaxation. Includes:
- Nervous System Healing Re set
- 30 minute Reiki Treatment
